Had a comfortable stay for two nights, glad I've chosen it. The staff were affable and efficient and the location was stunning in the town centre. Moreover, its next to Viseu, and the main shopping area and sights.

Facilities were clean, yet Wi-Fi signal was not good.

Quirky, fairly clean hotel, good value. Historic building and rooms with french windows facing the garden. - Incredible, lovely location in Viseu, next to the main shopping areas and wonderful parks. - the center of town is an easy walk to the shops.

Marvellous location for our visit to Museum relatively close to the hotel. Found in the shopping area right by a beautiful park setting, oporto from madrid, and the garden area. Such a fairly nice stay for two nights.

The location was unbeatable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Viseu Cathedral. It was a good area, a fabulous base for me. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - It was great having a safe and tea/coffee making equipment.

I have stayed in this hotel before. It is fine and has a pleasant lobby and garden courtyard, and is very well situated in the lovely city of Viseu. The major negative observation I would have about the hotel is that the room was very dated in furnishings and the rug not clean. I rented a junior suite. The room was large but had none of the quality and comfort you would expect with a "suite". It was basically a bed in a large room with an entry way. The furnishings were very dated and unappealing. Other than this, the hotel is fine and I would recommend it. Staff is pleasant and helpful, good parking, breakfast is passable, but the coffee terrible and they charge for an espresso.

Very big room, staff speaks english good location with private parking

Wi-fi is only in the public area, you would expect a little bit more from a 4* hotel.

Felt very welcomed, nothing to complain about.

Old fashion design and location near the city center.

Small swimming pool with only 6 sunbeds for all the guests of the hotel.

The room was well decorated and came with a mini-bar, central heating, and an electronic key card. Its location minutes from the Museum was particularly good. - Set in a 5-minute walk to downtown. - the workers were friendly. I had a great experience at Hotel Grao Vasco in Viseu. the room was nicely decorated and had convenient amenities like a mini-bar, central heating, and an electronic key card. Its location just minutes from the Museum was really convenient for sightseeing. Being only a 5-minute walk from downtown was another plus. the staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Hotel room was comfortable. Good breakfast choice.

Hotel Bar opening hours were very restricted. Bar did not officially open in the evening until 7.30pm. Had to make special arrangements to get drinks from 6.00pm onwards

This hotel is located right in the center of town, making it easy to explore all the main sights on foot. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I especially loved the convenience of the on-site parking.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with enhanced services and amenities.
